help me find my dof in Lexington, Kentucky

please help me find my yorkie-poo, shaggypoo white with a little tan, has no tail and probably no teeth. he is being fostered in tenn, ky. or florida . he was in pike county animal shelter, then with southern comfort maltze rescuse, and jane at brighter futures rescue, scmr said they had shaggy, but would not tell me nothing. please help me get my baby back home, i love and miss him so much, and i know he does me the same. thanks lishie
