The house is a new home located on the Hamburg area, on the east of hwy 75. It is a nice/quiet residential area and provides trails great for walking/jogging or biking. The bedroom for rent is on the second floor, same level as the bonus room (common area, laundry, my guest bedroom, and bathroom). I am looking for a roommate that is considerate (e.g. mindful of volume based on time, careful of leaving messes behind, etc).
